-11:46 p.m.: suspicious person. Botkins Police responded to a suspicious person in the area of South Main Street and Meadow Drive.

Crashes

Trevor M. Williamson, 30, of Dayton, was cited with turn and stop signals after the State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on May 27 at 12:41 p.m.

Williamson was traveling northbound on Interstate 75 in the right lane and Fermin Reyes, 58. of Franklin, Georgia, was in the left lane. Williamson moved into the left lane and struck Reyes, then Reyes traveled off the left side of the roadway and into the median.

• No one was cited after the State Highway Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash on May 27 at 5:58 a.m.

Isaiah J. Schmitmeyer, 23, of Houston, was traveling eastbound on Stoker Road when he swerved to avoid striking a deer, causing him to drive off the left side of the roadway and strike a mailbox and cable box before overturning.

Schmitmeyer’s vehicle was towed by Meyer’s Towing and he was taken by Sidney EMS to Upper Valley Medical Center with suspected minor injuries.
