SIDNEY —Sidney High School hosted “A Night on the Red Carpet” for their junior/senior prom on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at the Shelby County Fairgrounds. Among the glitz and glamor of the evening, the prom court was celebrated and a king and queen were crowned in Rylee Vestal, son of Adam Vestal, and Olivia Barga, daughter of Brad Barga and Jennifer Barga.

Conservation Poster Contest underway

Fairlawn High School crowned its king and queen Saturday night for their 2024 prom. The king is Nolan Cramer, 18, son of Jeremy and Jennifer Martin of Sidney, and the queen is Ellie Henman, 18, daughter of Mitch and Lorri Henman of Sidney.

Chad Penny and Emma Waesch were crowned Houston High School’s king and queen during the Saturday night, April 6, prom. The king is the son of Chad and Angel Penny. The queen is the daughter of Dave and Mindy Waesch.
