COLUMBUS — The Ohio State University was joined by Ohio Lt. Gov. Jon Husted, congressional leaders, Honda, Schaeffler Americas and JobsOhio officials Monday to announce the creation of a new battery cell research and development center.

VERSAILLES — Midmark’s Nov. 2 employee blood drive made history, not just because donors got a surprise visit from Deloris Jordan, mother of world basketball icon Michael Jordan, and president of the James R. Jordan Foundation International, but because the blood drive totaled 62 donors and 55 units donated.

SIDNEY — A staggering 10.2% of American households suffer from food insecurity, with millions experiencing hunger every day. From Nov. 13-17 this year, Culver’s restaurants nationwide are coming together once again to offer support to those in need through the Concretes for a Cause fundraiser, donating $1 from every Concrete Mixer sold to local food banks and hunger relief initiatives.

COLUMBUS – DriveOhio, the smart mobility hub of The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), has awarded over $700,000 for a two-year research project led by Honda and three technology partners – i-Probe Inc., The University of Cincinnati and Parsons (NYSE: PSN). The partners will develop a road condition management system that will use vehicle-generated data to identify and report hazardous road conditions in Ohio. Honda will lead the project, leveraging the research it conducted in 2022 and the Honda Drive Data Service from Honda Motor Co., Ltd., with the funding to cover project work by the three partners.
