FORT LORAMIE — Judy and Gerold “Gary” Cook, of Fort Loramie, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary, Feb. 21, 2016, at an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Houston Community Center, 5005 Russia-Houston Road, Houston.

Gary and the former Judy Lachey were married Feb. 19, 1966, in the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney by the Rev. Jerome Buck.

Gary is the son of Patsy (Schmidt) Cook, of New Bremen, and the late George Cook.

Judy is the daughter of the late Theresa (Watren) and Peter Lachey.

The Cooks are the parents of two sons and a daughter-in-law, David Cook, of Fort Loramie, and Daniel and Jane Cook, of Sidney, and a daughter and son-in-law, Annette and Paul Heckman, of Maria Stein. They have three grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren.

Gary retired from LeRoi in Sidney in 2002. Judy retired from US Bank in Sidney in 2006.
