WAPAKONETA — Jeannine and Marvin Zwiebel, of Wapakoneta, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary during a week with their children and grandchildren in Lake Norris, Tennessee.
Marvin and the former Jeannine Wiesenmayer were married July 24, 1966, in the St. Jacob’s Lutheran Church in Montra by the Rev. L.L. Cooperider.
They are the parents of four sons and daughters-in-law, Brad and Annette Zwiebel and Chad and Andrea Zwiebel, all of Wapakoneta, and Todd and Shelley Zwiebel and Marvin Jr. and Vicky Zwiebel, all of Lima. They have eight grandchildren.
Marvin retied in 2000 from Kaehler & Zwiebel Builders in Wapakoneta. Jeannine retired in 2000 after a 25-year career as a music teacher at Temple Christian School in Lima. She continues to give private piano lessons.
