PIQUA — JoAnn and David Shinall, of Piqua, will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with a trip to Florida.

David and the former JoAnn Bertsch were married Dec. 14, 1991, in the Ginghamsburg Church in Tipp City. The Rev. Michael Slaughter performed the ceremony. The couple had met at the Houston Haunted House.

David is the son of Carol and Bill Shinall, of Piqua.

JoAnn is the daughter of Connie and Dean Bertsch, of Sidney.

The Shinalls are the parents of two children, Tyler Shinall and MiKalah Shinall, both of Piqua.
