Gepfreys celebrate 60 years

SIDNEY — Saundra “Sandy” and Paul Gepfrey, of Sidney, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary at a Mass in Holy Angels Catholic Church, May 7, at noon, and a luncheon for family.

Paul and the former Sandy Shroyer were married May 11, 1957, in the St. Bonifas Catholic Church in Piqua. They had met at the Crystal Dance Hall in Frenchtown in 1956.

The Gepfreys are the parents of five daughters and sons-in-law, Julie and Leonard Rich, of Chesapeake, Virginia, Lisa and Scott Patton, of Union, Susan and Brian Moloney, of Sidney, Denise and Rex Wismar, of Sidney, and Connie and Jeff Brenning, of Westerville; and four living sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Rita Gepfrey, of Anna, Greg and Joyce Gepfrey, of Kettlersville, David and Jennifer Gepfrey, of Piqua, and Jerry and Margie, of Anna. Another son, John, is deceased.

They have 25 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

They are members of Holy Angels Catholic Church.
