WAPAKONETA — Kenny Koger, of Wapakoneta, will celebrate his 90th birthday at an open house, Aug. 19, 2016, from 1 to 3 p.m., in Meyer’s Tavern in Botkins.

Koger was born Aug. 16, 1926, in Livingston, Tennessee.

He married Wavelene Koger, who is now deceased. He has a daughter, June Walker, of Aurora, Colorado, and a living son, Todd Koger, of Columbus. Another son, Michael Koger, is deceased. He has two grandchildren.

Koger enjoys fishing, hunting for mushrooms and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
