PIQUA — Mary Jane Carey, of Piqua, will celebrate her 90th birthday, Oct. 8, 2017, at an open house from 2 to 4 p.m., at Garbry Ridge, 1567 Garbry Road, Piqua.

She requests that gifts be omitted.

Carey was born a twin, Oct. 3, 1927, in Piqua, the daughter of Genevieve and Albert Groff.

She married Wallace Carey, who is deceased.

She has two daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie and John Bergman, of Russells Point, and Patty and Terry Latimer, of Sidney; a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Marsha Carey, of Bradford; five grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.
