FINDLAY — Allison and Bryan Webb, of Findlay, have announced the birth of a daughter, Luna Rosalie Webb, born Oct. 28, 2015, at 7:40 p.m., in the Blanchard Valley Hospital.

She weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Her maternal grandparents are Angie and Herb Carter, of Findlay. Her paternal grandparents are Tammy and Mike Gross, of Anna, and Dave and Janet Webb, of Ansonia.

Her great-grandparents are Addie and Ernie Ashcraft, of Springfield, Eloise and Leon Kissinger, of Rossburg, Lois and Gary Gross, of Anna, and Carlton Carter.

Her mother is the former Allison Carter, of Sidney.
