VERSAILLES — Kristen and Jeff Brandon, of Versailles, have announced the birth of a daughter, Cecelia Rose Brandon, born Aug. 3, 2018, in the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy.

She weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 21 1/2 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her brother, Jackson Brandon, 2.

Her maternal grandparents are Cheryl and Mark Drees, of Russia. Her paternal grandparents are Rita Brandon, of Versailles, and the late Thomas Brandon.

Her great-grandparents are Dorothy Quinlin, of Fort Loramie and Fred Drees, of Russia.

Her mother is the former Kristen Drees.
