ANNA — Nikki and Josh Koons, of Anna, have announced the birth of a daughter, Claire M. Koons, born Sept. 22, 2018, at 1:46 p.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

She weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 22 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her sisters, Isabelle Lawrence, 13, and Isabella Koons, 8, and her brother Liam Koons, 3.

Her maternal grandparents are Yvonne and Jimmy Brown, of Sidney. Her paternal grandparents are Karen and Aaron Koons, of Sidney.

Her great-grandparents are Ida and Don Bodiker, of Beaufort, South Carolina, and Bob Koons, of Piqua.

Her mother is the former Nikki Brown, of Sidney.
