WEST LIBERTY — Ginger and Jonah Strapp, of West Liberty, have announced the birth of a daughter, Paxley Emerson Strapp, born Oct. 15, 2018, at 5:50 p.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

She weighed 9 pounds and was 21 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her sisters, Kelby, 20, Hallie, 19, Whitney, 13, Paisley, 5 ande Presley 3, and her brothers, Joey, 16, and Sammy, 11.

Her maternal grandparents are Diana and Gary Armbruster, of McClure. Her paternal grandparents are Marena Latimer, of West Liberty, and the late John Strapp.

Her great-grandmother is Phyllis is Morris, of DeGraff.

Her mother is the former Ginger Arbruster, of DeGraff.
