RUSSIA — Evonne and John McKinney, of Russia, have announced the birth of a daughter, Jenna Mary McKinney, born Jan. 18, 2016, at 11:04 a.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

She weighed 7 pounds and was 20 inches long.

Her maternal grandparents are Diane and Myron Gaier, of Fort Loramie. Her paternal grandparents are Mary and Chester McKinney, of Russia.

Her great grandfather is Lewis Bertke, of New Bremen.

Her mother is the former Evonne Gaier, of Fort Loramie.
