SIDNEY—Ryan and Susan Shaffer, of Sidney, announce the birth of their daughter, Hailey Sue Shaffer, Sept. 5, 2019, at 5:38 p.m. at Wilson Health Memorial, Sidney.

She weighted 7 pounds 6 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her sisters, Emma, 5, and Leah, 2.

Her maternal grandparents are Doug and Deb Hunter, of Sidney. Her paternal grandparents are Mike and Patti Shaffer, of Sidney. Her paternal great-grandmother is Sarah Shaffer, of Sidney.

Her mother is the former Susan Shaffer.
