SIDNEY — Derek and Abigail Richards, of Sidney, announce the birth of their son Theodore James Richards, born at 2:17 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2021, at Wilson Health in Sidney.

He weighed 7 pounds 8 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

He is Derek and Abigail’s first child.

His maternal grandparents are Melody Small, of Vandalia, and Gail Eppley, of Sidney. His maternal stepgrandfather is Brian Small, of Vandalia. His paternal grandparents are David and Jill Richards, of Sidney. His great-grandparents are Norbert and Alice Platfoot, of Sidney, Joyce Siegel, of Sidney, and Naomi Richards, of Fort Loramie.

His mother is the former Abigail Eppley, of Sidney.
