MINSTER — Chad and Catie Topp, of Minster, announce the birth of their daughter, Rita Nancy Ann Topp, born at 12:45 p.m. on April 24, 2021, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.

She weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and was 20.25 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her older sisters Joanna, 11; Mary, 10; Cecilia, 8; and older brothers Jude, 6, and George, 4.

Her maternal grandparents are Henry and Ann Cordonnier, of Russia. Her paternal grandparents are Larry and Nancy Topp, of New Bremen. Her great-grandfather is Richard Fisher, of Sidney.

Her mother is the former Catie Cordonnier, of Russia.
