PORT JEFFERSON — Jerika Martens and Andrew Epperson, of Port Jefferson, have announced the birth of a daughter, Ella Marie Epperson, born March 8, 2016, at 8:33 p.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

She weighed 5 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 18 1/2 inches long.

Her maternal grandmother is Sherri Martens, of Sidney. Her paternal grandparents are Ladonna and Andy Epperson, of Piqua.
