WAPAKONETA — Kenneth and Keirstyn Kramer, of Wapakoneta, announce the birth of their daughter, Kollins Kramer, born on Oct. 17, 2021, at 12:27 p.m. at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.

She weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.

She is Kenneth and Keirstyn’s first child.

Her maternal grandparents are Trevor and Dustee Rogers, of Botkins. Her paternal grandparents are Toby Kramer, of Wapakoneta, and Melissa Bair, of Summitville, Indiana. Her great-grandparents are Nancy Kramer, of Wapakoneta, Carol Rogers, of Botkins, Wayne Bowersoch, of Wapakoneta, and Carla Stein, of Celina.

Her mother is the former Keirstyn Rogers, of Botkins.
