NEW BREMEN — Catie and Chad Topp, of New Bremen, have announced the birth of a son, George Frederick Topp, born Aug. 7, 2016, at 6:51 p.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his sisters, Joanna, 6, Mary, 5, and Cecilia, 3, and his brother, Jude, 2.

His maternal grandparents are Ann and Henry Cordonnier, of Russia. His paternal grandparents are Nancy and Larry Topp, of New Bremen.

His great-grandparents are Richard Fisher, of Sidney, and Rita Bettinger, of St. Henry.

His mother is the former Catie Cordonnier.
