GALLOWAY — Kristen and Randy Ostendorf, of Galloway, have announced the birth of a son, Andrew Charles Ostendorf, born July 5, 2016, at 6:33 p.m., in the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches long.

His maternal grandparents are Denise and Mike Roby, of Westerville. His paternal grandparents are Valerie Steele and Charles Ostendorf, both of Sidney.

His great-grandparents are Karen and Dennis Helman, Linda Ostendorf, Dorothy and Darrell Roberts and Ollie Morrison, all of Sidney, Judy and Lewis Poe, of Tipp City, and Robert Ostendorf, of Covington.

His mother is the former Kristen Roby.
