FORT LORAMIE — Julia and Clint Seger, of Fort Loramie, have announced the birth of a son, Luke Russell Seger, born Aug. 13, 2015, at 6:56 a.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health, in Sidney.

He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 20 3/4 inches long.

His maternal grandparents are Barb and Ray Riethman, of Anna. His paternal grandparents are June and Russ Seger, of Fort Loramie.

His great-grandmother is Irma Fleck, of Coldwater.

His mother is the former Julia Riethman, of Anna.
