ARDOCH, N.D. — Katie and Tech. Sgt. Dustin Withrow, of Ardoch, North Dakota, have announced the birth of a daughter, Ruthanna Joy Withrow, born Nov. 28, 2016, at 8:42 a.m., at home.

She weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 22 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her brothers, Matthew, 12, Johnathan, 11, Daniel, 7, and Josiah, 3, and her sister, Hannah, 5.

Her maternal grandparents are Polly and Dan Allen, of Maplewood, and Karen and Kim Zwiebel, of Sidney. Her paternal grandparents are Shirley Gibson, of Sidney, and Bonnie and Joe Withrow, of Tipp City.

Her great-grandmother is Eileen Ricucci, of Virginia.

Her mother is the former Katie Zwiebel, of Maplewood.
