VANDALIA — Tasha Thomas, of Vandalia, and Marcus Gibbs, of Sidney, have announced their engagement and plans to marry in the fall of 2016.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Cindy and Eric Thomas, of Vandalia. She graduated from Vandalia Butler High School and is employed by First Group Insurance in New Carlisle as director of agency operations.

Her fiance is the son of Cheryl and Michael Gibbs and Darcey Oen, all of Sidney. He attended Lehman Cahtolic High School and is a graduate of Miami Valley Career Technical Center. He is employed by Jeff Bonham Electric in Dayton as an electrician.
