LIMA — Cynthia Kantner and Joshua Johnson, both of Lima, have announced their engagement and plans to marry March 13, 2016.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dianne and Millard Carnes, of Sidney.

Her fiance is the son of Nikki and Don Johnson, of Lima.
