SIDNEY — Molly Johnson and Doug Westerheide, both of Sidney, have announced their engagement and plans to marry June 10, 2017, in the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Cyndi and Greg Johnson, of Sidney. She graduated from Sidney High School in 2007, from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science in 2011, and from Eastern Kentucky University with a Master of Science in occupational therapy in 2014. She is employed by the Education Service Center of Lorain County as a school-based occupational therapist in Elyria.

Her fiance is the son of Kathy and John Westerheide, of Sidney. He is a 2007 graduate of Lehman Catholic High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He is employed by the Ruhlin Co. in Akron as a civil engineer.
