COLUMBUS — Samantha Cole and Adam Bey, both of Columbus, have announced their engagement and plans to marry, June 24, 2017, in the Hoover Park YMCA in Columbus.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Maxine and Dathan Cole, of Brecksville. She graduated from Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School in 2010 and from the Ohio State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education. She is employed as a second-grade teacher.

Her fiance is the son of Joyce and Robert Bey, of Sidney. He is a 2011 Sidney High School graduate and 2015 graduate of the Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in film studies. He is a freelance video producer.
