MINSTER — Kelli Kemper, of Minster, and Kevin Bensman, of Anna, have announced their engagement and plans to marry, Sept. 16, 2017, in the St. Augustine Church in Minster.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Anita and David Kemper, of Minster. She graduated from Minster High School in 2010 and from Columbus State Community College with a degree in respiratory therapy in 2013. She is employed by Upper Valley Medical Center as a respiratory therapist.

Her fiance is the son of Cindy and Steve Bensman, of Anna. He is a 2010 Anna High School graduate and a 2015 graduate of the Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science. He is employed by Crown Equipment Corp.
