COLUMBUS — Melissa Poeppelman and Scott Ratermann, both of Columbus, have announced their engagment and plans to marry, Sept. 23, 2017, in Fort Loramie.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Diane and Daniel Poeppelman, of Fort Loramie. She graduated from Fort Loramie High School in 2008, and from the Ohio State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in architecture and in 2014 with a Master of Architecture. She is employed by ms consultants inc. as an architectural designer.
Her fiance is the son of Chris and Steve Ratermann, of Fort Loramie. He is a 2004 graduate of Fort Loramie High School and a 2008 graduate of Denison University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication. He is employed by PCM as an account executive.
