Blust, Clay exchange vows

DELAWARE — Carrie Elizabeth Blust and Lucas Thomas Clay, both of Delaware, were united in marriage on Jan. 15, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. in a ceremony at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Delaware.

The Rev. Cody Blust officiated the ceremony.

Sarah Barren and Gabrielle DeVito served as the maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Pfeiffer, Brianna Ferris and Renee Nauman.

Jordan Knieper served as the best man. Groomsmen were Danny Clay, Brandon Pfeiffer, Matthew Ellis and Cody Blust.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Jeff Blust.

The reception was held at The Barn at Stratford in Delaware.

Parents of the bride are Amy and Jeff Blust. Grandparents of the bride are Phyllis and the late William Blust and Robert and Becky Smith.

The bride is a graduate of Bluffton University.

Parents of the bridegroom are Robin and Paul Clay. Grandparents of the groom are the late Gordon Kinney, the late Hansi Amirault and the late John and Patricia Clay.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Wittenberg University.

The couple will reside in Delaware.
