OSGOOD — The Osgood American Legion will have a New Year’s Eve Dance from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Walt Schmitmeyer and the Moonliters will provide the music . There will be ballroom, country and square dancing. Admission is $15 per person, which includes a sausage and kraut luncheon; cash bar. Call 419-582-3601 for tickets.

• The Osgood American Legion will have a wing fry on New Year’s Day. Serving will be from 5 to 8 p.m.

• The next recycling drive will be held Saturday, Jan. 2, 2016, from 9 to 11 a.m. Items taken are paper, magazines, cardboard broken down and catalogs. Place these items in paper bags or cardboard boxes or tied up. In case of inclement weather, the drive will be held the following Saturday. Cancellations air on WCSM or its website .
