Judy hired as new principal at Hardin-Houston

HOUSTON — In special session on April 17, the Hardin-Houston Board of Education hired Jeffrey Judy as the new junior/senior high school principal.

Judy received a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Urbana University in 2005, and will receive his Master’s of Science in Educational Leadership from Concordia University in May 2019.

For the past 12 years, Judy has been a junior high and high school social studies teacher at Tri-Village Local Schools in New Madison. He currently resides in Tipp City with his wife, Nikea, and their three children, Bo, 4, Sloane, 8 months, and Dane, 8 months.

“As a classroom teacher, I have always maintained a student-first focus and held student learning as the greatest priority,” Judy said. “As a principal, I will remain committed to that philosophy and will work tirelessly to put the best interests of our students at the heart of all decisions and operations. I am excited to become a part of the Hardin-Houston community and look forward to helping our district, students, staff, and community grow.”
