DAYTON — Botkins resident Corinne Woodruff was recently awarded the Boldness in Leadership and Bro. Vincent Wottle awards from the University of Dayton.

The Boldness in Leadership Award goes to a student who reflects the values of the two women founders of the Marianist family, Adele de Batz de Trenquelleon and Marie Therese de Lamourous — thoughtfulness, dependability and courage in the face of obstacles.

The Bro. Vincent Wottle Award goes to a student for his or her service to campus ministry.
