Bowling to help others

Denise Broerman, a member of the Turkeyfoot Benefit Crew, walks back to her friends after bowling a frame at Bel Mar Lanes recently. The Turkeyfoot Benefit Crew raised $4,000 for hospice programs in Sidney, Wapakoneta, Kenton and Bellefontaine. The group raffled off prizes to help raise money for hospice. Event Coordinator Pam “Wamie” Arnold said the fundraiser would not be a success without all the volunteers who help and the people who donate prizes for the event.
