TUESDAY

-5 a.m.: theft. Arthur Adkins, 19, of Millcreek Road, was arrested for shoplifting.

MONDAY

-7:12 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Andrew Simm, 24, at large, was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and drug abuse at 234 W. Court Street.

-5:47 p.m.: burglary. Anthony Peffley, 33, 830 McKinley Ave., reported a burglary had occurred at his residence.

-5:15 p.m.: fight. Deputies responded to 408 S. Main Ave. on the report of a fight. At some point a window was damaged during the incident.

-4:59 p.m.: contempt. Jody Napier-Bunnell, 46, 1318 Constitution Ave., was arrested on two counts of contempt in the 200 block of East Court Street.

-4:52 p.m.: theft. Christina Schaffer, 41, 1175 Apple Blossom Lane, reported the theft of a 9mm Smith and Wesson hand gun and an 9mm EAA Witness from her residence.

-3:22 a.m.: attempted theft. Jon Johnston, 50, Lima, of Nickel’s Bakery reported the door to B and K Rootbeer had been pried open.

-Midnight: theft. Tisha Douglas, 18, 309 S. Highland Ave., reported the theft of her credit card numbers, which were used for purchases in Columbus amounting to $100.89.

SUNDAY

-10:02 p.m.: criminal damaging. Jennifer Stephens, 34, 301 S. Miami Ave., reported someone threw garden decor through her residence’s window.

-9:39 p.m.: theft. Charles Swiger, 51, at large, reported someone took $64 and a Boost mobile phone from 301 S. Miami Ave.

-7:15 p.m.: theft. Debbie Parker, 60, 431 S. Highland Ave., reported the theft of her purse, which contained $20 and prescription drugs, from her residence.

-4:50 p.m.: trespassing. Craig Wagner, 35, at large, was arrested for criminal trespassing at the Travel Inn Lodge on Michigan Street.

12:20 p.m.: criminal damaging. Orrin Tucker, 80, 710 Kathy Ave., reported two of the tires on a vehicle belonging to Marvel Tucker, 78, 710 Kathy Ave., were slashed.

-Noon: criminal damaging. Leslie Wallace, 59, 717 Marilyn Drive, reported her driver’s side front tire was damaged.

-9:27 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jeffrey Tucker, 52. 1521 Cedarbrook Place, reported one of his truck’s tires had been damaged during the night.

-5:23 a.m.: criminal damaging. Tammy Dobbs, 47, 715 Buckeye Ave., Apt. B, reported that three of her vehicle’s windows had been damaged overnight.

-1:08 a.m.: domestic violence. Christy Page, 32, 220 E. Clay St., was arrested for domestic violence after she assaulted someone.

SATURDAY

-11 p.m.: robbery. Donald Ray Mills Jr., 54, 832 Spruce Ave., reported he was assaulted and his Motorola Droid Turbo II smartphone was taken from him on Fair Road at Walnut Ave.

-9:36 p.m.: criminal damaging. Kristina Bothel, 24, 815 Arrowhead Dr., Apt. B, reported a young juvenile had damaged her vehicle.

-5:02 p.m.: resisting arrest. Kentrell Jones, 20, 1125 Hilltop Ave., Apt. A, was arrested on an active warrant and charged with resisting arrest.

-3:58 p.m.: found property. A Visa debit card was found at 234 W. Court St. belonging to Jackie Parsons.

-2:30 p.m.: theft. Bruce Goble, 60, 300 Bridlewood Drive, reported the theft of a backpack leaf blower from his work trailer in the 200 block of Belmont Street.

-1:54 p.m.: theft. Michelle Dubose, 27, 208 Washington St., was arrested on an active warrant and reported the theft of Samsung Luna cell phone.

-1:50 p.m.: theft. Tyler Shroyer, 25, 1034 Juniper Way, reported the theft of $42 of cigarettes from the Speedway on St. Marys Ave.

1:49 a.m.: criminal damaging. Rendall Vaughn, 29, 1611 Holly Place, was arrested for criminal damaging after Jason McAfee, 31, 602 Monroe St., reported a window, coffee table and plastic lawn chair were damaged at his residence. Vaughn had several cuts on his right arm and McAfee had bloody knees.

FRIDAY

-9:17 a.m.: drug abuse. Benjamin Mannier, 38, 11726 Eilerman Rd., Minster, was arrested for possession of $75 of marijuana.

THURSDAY

-11:35 p.m.: theft. Thomas Cole, 50, 519 S. Miami Ave., reported the theft of a metallic grey mountain bike from his garage.

-10:04 p.m.: possession of drugs. Megan Myers, 24, 13844 Sharp Road, was arrested following a grand jury indictment and during arrest had synthetic marijuana in her possession.

-5:30 p.m.: assault. Officers investigated an assault in the 800 block of North Main Avenue after a juvenile was assaulted.

WEDNESDAY

-7 p.m.: theft. Ronald Hixenbaugh, 50, 517 N. Miami Ave., reported the theft of a generator from a truck from behind a residence belonging to Joshua Scott, 35, 734 East Ave.

JUNE 18

-11:28 a.m.: theft. Samantha Hamilton, 29, 230 Brookburn Ave., reported her cell phone was stolen, but reported the next day that it had been returned.

Crashes

Derek Bailey, 27, 15720 State Route 119, Anna, was cited for assured clear distance at 11:43 a.m. on Sunday after a two-car crash. Bailey was traveling southwest on Fair Road approaching the intersection of Chase Drive in the right lane when he struck another vehicle. The other vehicle was driven by Keith Schnelle, 61, 9 Sycamore Court, Minster, and was stopped at the intersection.

• Jace Conrad, 16, Sidney, was cited for assured clear distance at 2:01 p.m. on Sunday following a two-car crash. Conrad was travelling eastbound on Fair Road behind a vehicle driven by Michael Omlor, 21, 12690 Sharp Road, when he failed to slow down and struck Omlor’s vehicle when he was attempting to turn onto Westwood Drive.

• No citations were issued after a two-car crash at 11:46 a.m. on Sunday. Jeffrey Brant, 34, 950 Chestnut Ave., was traveling eastbound in the left lane of the 100 block of East Court Street when he struck another vehicle that was stopped in traffic.

The other vehicle was driven by Fred Shoffner, 52, 3357 W. Mason Road.

• Brian Ellison, 44, 1121 Hilltop Ave., Apt. D, was cited for not yielding when turning left after a two-car crash on Saturday. Ellison was traveling east on Russell Road and made a left turn into the driveway of a business on Russell Road at Wapakoneta Avenue, when another vehicle travelling westbound on Russell Road struck the rear right side of his vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Ashley Krafcik, 30, 1917 Burkewood Drive.

• Daniel Blosser, 17, 126 Oldham Ave., was cited for improper backing Friday after a two-car crash. Blosser was backing out of a driveway across from 245 Hillcrest Ave. when he failed to see the other vehicle parked in the street and struck it on the left side.

The other vehicle was owned by Rodney Hoblit, Spring City, Tennessee.

-1:30 p.m: crash. Firefighters responded to a car crash.

-4:38 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 230 E. Court St. for a structure fire.

-5:58 p.m.: medical. Port Jefferson crews responded to a medical call.

-1:15 to 10:27 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

FRIDAY

-12:59 p.m.: electrical. Medics responded to a possible electrical problem.

-8:32 a.m. to 7:02 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to eight calls.

SATURDAY

-11:36 a.m.: open burn. Firefighters responded to an open burn complaint.

-10:24 p.m.: alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm.

-10:40 p.m.: crash. Firefighters responded to a car crash.

-11:38 p.m.: alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm.

-12:01 a.m. to 6:21 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.

-10:10 p.m.: hazmat. Firefighters responded to a hazmat investigation after report of a mechanical issue on a semitrailer.

-8:44 a.m.: assist. Medics responded to an invalid assist.
