TUESDAY

-9 p.m.: warrant. David Pearson, 46, 870 Merri Lane, was arrested on a warrant out of Mercer County by Wapakoneta Police at his residence.

-4:50 p.m.: warrant. Amber Cotterman, 29, at large, was arrested on an active warrant from Shelby County Common Pleas Court at 121 W. Poplar Street.

-4:49 p.m.: warrant. Milecha Whitacre, 39, 1882 Shawnee Drive, was arrested on an active Hardin County warrant in the 400 block of S. Miami Ave.

-3:12 p.m.: illegal use of food stamps. Mark Harris, 53, 621 Broadway Ave., reported the possible theft of an EBT card from his residence.

-7:30 a.m.: criminal damaging. Derek Scherer, 34, 1310 Shroyer Place, reported some shingles, the concrete driveway and the right rear corner of his residence was damaged.

Crashes

Scott Spinner, 75, 515 Aurora St., was cited for starting and backing on Monday, at 10:32 p.m. following a two-car crash. Spinner was entering Water Street from a parking spot when he struck another vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Alexander Hunsucker, 28, 761 Foraker Ave.

TUESDAY

-9:29: open burn. Firefighters responded to an open burn complaint.

-9:51 a.m. to 9:49 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 11 medical calls.
