SIDNEY — Wilson Health and the Community Blood Center are celebrating January, National Blood Donor Month, with a blood drive Jan. 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Sidney American Legion Post 217 meeting hall, 1265 N. Fourth Ave.

Everyone who registers to donate will receive a “Make Your Resolution Stick – Give Blood” mug. The nine-ounce, stainless steel mug comes in blue and black with a red CBC blood drop logo.

Type O whole blood donors and type A/B platelet and plasma donors are especially needed.
