SIDNEY — Dr. Rosemary “Rosie” McCarthy is the newest physician to join Wilson Health Medical Group Ob/Gyn practice.

McCarthy is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and experienced in all aspects of women’s health. Prior to joining Wilson Health Medical Group, she practiced in Johnson City, Tennessee, where she cared for patients in a private practice setting. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Vallejo, California, and completed her internship at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, followed by a residency at St. Joseph Mercy-Oakland, in Pontiac, Michigan.

McCarthy is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

McCarthy is welcoming new patients. She joins the ob/gyn practice of Dr. Valerie Schulte, Dr. Carrie Huber, Dr. Courtney Slonkosky, Dr. Kristi Pedler, Dr. Julie Ressler, Certified Nurse Practitioner Lisa Pleiman, and Certified Nurse Practitioner Cindy Trent. The office is on the Wilson Health medical campus in the Professional Building, Suite 201.
