CELINA — The Grand Lake Health System will present its Winter Health Fair, Saturday, Feb. 24, in the Auglaize Mercer Family YMCA, state Route 703, Celina, from 8 to 11 a.m. and will offer various free health screenings, including screenings for osteoporosis, blood pressure, foot, Dermascan, glucose, hearing, flexibility, spinal, balance, hearing and body composition.
Information about the Wound & Vein Care Center, Grand Lake Sleep Center, New Day Pain Management, Medical Imaging, Grand Lake Home Health & Hospice, Advance Directives, Organ Donations, The Grand Experience, Family Audiology, Celina Manor, Clear Passage Geriatric Psych, West Central Ohio Podiatry, Center for Personal Wellness, MOR Rehab, Neck & Back Pain Relief Center, Foot & Ankle Center, Mercer County Council on Aging and Mercer County Help Me Grow will be available.
The health system will raffle a 2018 Dodge Challenger, R/T 392 Hemi Skat Pack, at $100 per ticket. The drawing will be during the Emerald Ball Gala, April 21.
Free chair mini-massages, face painting and refreshments will be available at the health fair. No advance registration is required.
Blood tests will be available at fees as follows: CPT code CBC complete blood count $10; hemoglobin A1C for diabetics $25; chemistry panel, which includes glucose, $25; PSA screening, $35; thyroid screening $40; total iron, $10; lipid cardiovascular risk assessment, $20; C-Reactive Protein (high sensitivity), $25.
