SIDNEY — FISH of Shelby County, 1128 W. Michigan St., will host its second Prom Gown Party, March 4, from 1 to 3 p.m.

There will be a selection of gowns available to purchase that day. This event is open to all high school girls. All gowns will be priced at $10 each. Every girl who purchases a gown will have her name entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of several gifts.
