SIDNEY — Bridges Community Action Partnership, 110 E. Russell Road, will host a two-session seminar on effective budgeting, May 8 and 11 from 1 to 4 p.m.

The free classes will teach people how to budget to reach financial and life goals.

Incentives will be given to those who attend both sessions.
