VHCC wins customer satisfaction award

VERSAILLES — Pinnacle Quality Insight, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm, has given Versailles Health Care Center its Pinnacle Customer Experience Award.

The Customer Experience Award is made to care-providers who have achieved best-in-class customer satisfaction standards within their peer group, which comprised 55 Covenant Care skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Ohio, California, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska and Nevada. It was based on surveys conducted during 2016.

The award was presented for excellence in laundry services, professional therapy services and admission processes.

“Every month we gather real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of the patient and residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary,” said Kristy Earick, CEO/administrator of Versailles Health Care Center. “It’s quite an honor to receive Best-in-Class for our services!”

For the month of April 2017, the following departments scored Best-in-Class, which is the top 5 percent of scores in the nation: overall satisfaction, nursing care, dining service, quality of food, cleanliness, individual needs, response to problems, dignity and respect, would recommend to others, professional therapy and admission process. For the month of April, every satisfaction metric scored higher than the state of Ohio average.
