SIDNEY — The Sidney Noon Kiwanis Club has named Hannah Michael the September 2017 Teen of the Month.

Michael is a senior at Christian Academy and ranks first in her class.

She is the daughter of Ted and Janay Michael, of Sidney.

Her academic activities, honors and awards include College Credit Plus classes, National Honor Society and the Distinguished Christian Character Award.

Her extra-curricular, community activities and honors include Scissors to Sheep 4-H Club, Shelby County Junior Fair Board, high school volleyball, archery and basketball teams, show choir, school musical, Honda Math Medal and numerous 4-H awards.

Michael plans to attend the University of Findlay to study occupational therapy.
