SIDNEY — Bridges Community Action Partnership will host a community town hall meeting, Oct. 17, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Amos Memorial Public Library, 230 E. North St.

The organization will present its annual report and seek input from attendees concerning programs that may be needed.
