‘Wizard of Oz’ coming to Dayton

DAYTON — Victoria Theatre Association’s Projects Unlimited Star Attractions presents “The Wizard of Oz,” Oct. 23-25 at 7 p.m. in the Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center in downtown Dayton.

Tickets for “The Wizard of Oz” are on sale now and start at $26. Tickets are available online at www.ticketcenterstage.com or at 888-228-3630.

This magical production is a celebration of the 1939 MGM movie and will be presented with breathtaking special effects that will sweep audiences away from the moment the tornado twists its way into Kansas. The show features the classic songs composed by Harold Arlen, “Over the Rainbow,” “Ding Dong the Witch is Dead” and “If I Only Had A Brain.”
