Santa’s Workshop for kids and adults

SIDNEY — The Sidney Auto-Vue Drive-in will host its fifth annual Santa’s Workshop, Saturday, Dec. 8, in the AMVETS hall, 1319 Fourth Ave., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Not just for children, the event will feature vendors selling their wares for adults and food, as well as crafts, letter-writing to Santa and a shop in which children can purchase presents to give their families.

Admission is free; however, children must purchase tickets which can then be used buy items in the workshop or to pay for craft activities. Tickets cost $1 each 0r $5 for six tickets and $10 for 12 tickets.

Elves in the workshop will help children select gifts and make sure they’re wrapped and ready to go under a tree.

Santa will attend from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Families can take photos then.
