DAYTON — The Miami Valley Alzheimer’s Association is partnering with Dorothy Lane Market to hold a “Cookies to End ALZ” baking contest, Feb. 23.

All home bakers are eligible to enter their best cookies and cookie recipes to a panel of judges that includes Chef Carrie Walters of the DLM Culinary Center.

To register, contestants must email their names, daytime phone numbers and how many cookie recipes they will enter in the contest to [email protected]. Cookie entries will be accepted, Feb. 23, at Dorothy Lane Market Culinary Center, Washington Square, 6177 Far Hills Ave., Dayton from 9 a.m. to noon.

The contest is free to enter but a $10 minimum donation per recipe is encouraged.

All money raised will go toward education, care and support services provided by the Alzheimer’s Association.
