Former YMCA Executive Director of the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA Dennis Ruble, left, of Sidney, hugs YMCA Infant and Toddler Coordinator Dawn Davis, of Sidney, during her retirement party Tuesday, Nov. 10. Davis has worked at the YMCA for 30 years. She became the Infant and Toddler Coordinator in 1992 when Ruble hired her for the job. YMCA Child Development Center Director Elizabeth Grace presented Davis with a print of Jesus kneeling with children. The print has hung in the YMCA ever since Ruble originally presented it to Davis and the Infant and Toddler program in 1992. Friends signed the matt around the print with words of thanks.
