The 32nd Water Safety Week is underway at the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA. Lifeguard Lily Schaeffer, of Fletcher, helps Ethan Baker, 6, learn how to move his arms in the water while holding his breath. Ethan is the son of Rick and Emily Baker, of Fletcher. The event is sponsored by the Sidney Daily News, Minster Bank, Ruese Insurance and Frickers.
