UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS — The John Carroll University Department of Athletics recognized Nicholas Colby, of Houston, for exceptional academic achievement as a student athlete. The department recognizes this achievement of athletes representing 23 sports each year.

Colby is among the student athletes who have earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher while participating in sports, service, and various campus groups and activities.

Colby plays men’s track and field.
